Pearl is a transfer student from the country of Rosales. She earned a full scholarship at the Medica Academy of Theurgical Arts due to her high affinity with the light element. After becoming at top student she was chosen to wield the Light Core of Maxima, one of 5 heart-shaped stones that regulates the flow of magic of the planet Maxima. Separate from her light affinity, Pearl was born with the gift of psychometry and is often overwhelmed with people’s thoughts and visions of the past and future when touching people and inanimate objects. Thus, she wears gloves, but makes up for her lack of touch with her friendly demeanour and love for singing for an audience.
